Terms of Service
By placing an order with SR7 Design, you agree to the following terms:
1. Custom Orders
All products are made to order based on photos and information you provide. Please review your uploaded photo and any text/details carefully before submitting your order, as production begins shortly after purchase.
2. Your Content
By uploading a photo or image to create your product, you confirm that you own the rights to that image, or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe on any third party's rights. You grant SR7 Design permission to use this image solely for the purpose of creating your custom product.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Bahraini Dinar (BHD) and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be completed in full at the time of order through one of our available payment methods.
4. Production and Delivery
Estimated production and delivery times will be communicated at checkout or by our team. Delays may occur due to customization complexity, courier issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any names, dates, or text submitted for engraving or personalization. SR7 Design is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, branding, and original artwork created by SR7 Design remain the intellectual property of SR7 Design unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bahrain.
