Refund policy
Every item we make at SR7 Design is custom-created based on the photo and details you provide at the time of order. Because each piece is made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind once production has started.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at or via WhatsApp, along with photos of the issue. We will review each case and offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
Order Errors
If we made an error on our end (e.g. wrong size, wrong text engraved, or a clear mismatch from your submitted photo), we will correct it at no extra cost to you.
Cancellations
Since production begins shortly after an order is placed, cancellation requests can only be honored if production has not yet started. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
Non-Returnable Items
Because all our products are personalized and made to order, we do not accept returns for reasons such as a change of preference, sizing assumptions, or general dissatisfaction unrelated to a defect or production error.
