Shipping Areas We currently offer shipping within Bahrain, with free standard shipping on all orders. We are working on expanding delivery to other GCC countries soon.

Production Time Since every item is custom-made based on your uploaded photo and details, production time varies by product:

• MoonLight and similar engraved items: 1–3 business days
• Mini Me (hand-painted 3D figurines): 3–10 business days, depending on order complexity

Delivery Time Once your order is ready, we ship it the same day. Delivery within Bahrain typically takes 1 business day after shipping.

Delays While we do our best to meet estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to high order volume, courier issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
